Technical difficulties with the name change

I already posted about this in notes, but since the name change I’m having some technical difficulties. It says I need to have 10 subscribers in the app to go live (no trouble going live before) and friends are saying they had to refollow me even though my author account (Bianca Alba MPH) stayed the same. Not sure what’s wrong.

If you are a subscriber seeing this in the app/in your email can you please let me know it went through for you? And please confirm that you are still following me (Bianca Alba, MPH) in the app? It’s very annoying to bust ass to get new subscriptions and now they’re mysteriously not showing up post name-change.
